Equipment
What equipment is needed for Learn to Play and Try Lacrosse Clinics?
- No lacrosse equipment is needed or our Learn To Play (LTP) or Try Lacrosse Clinics.
- We will provide lacrosse sticks to use during the clinic. You are welcome to use you own. If after a few clinics your child is enjoying lacrosse, we do encourage purchasing your own stick to continue using at home. You can ask any of our coaches for stick and/or store recommendations.
- We use soft lacrosse balls during these clinics to reduce the risk of injury without helmets and goggles.
- We recommend bringing a full water bottle and wearing sneakers (soccer or football cleats can also be used but are not required).
